Return & Exchanges
Dear customer: You can apply for a return or replacement within (14) after receiving the product. The refund will be made according to the same payment method you use.
Please note: Goods marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned/exchanged.
Sales and promotional products are excluded and are still subject to our regular return/exchange policy.
Cancel
Before the product is processed, we accept the cancellation of the order. If the order is canceled at that time, you will get a full refund.
If the product has been shipped, unfortunately, we can't cancel the order.
Conditions for return/exchange
All items must be returned in their original sales status, without wear, washing or alteration, and all labels must still be attached.
All items must be returned with the original packaging box.
All items must be returned in one package.
Returns/exchanges must use the same service as the original delivery.
We can only accept returns/exchanges from the country where the order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to the United States must be returned from the United States.
Customized goods cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, the return/exchange is not free of charge (import and freight will be borne by you).
For hygiene reasons, underwear, some jewelry, cosmetics and skin care products cannot be returned. Swimwear underwear and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitary lining is intact.
Of course, any defective items can be returned.
If the product shows signs of wear or has been used or changed to its original state, we reserve the right not to accept any return/exchange.
If we offer to refuse your refund/replacement, you will be notified; you can choose to send the product back to you at your own expense.
How to return the goods or the whole order?
Step 1: Please contact our customer service team to start the return process with the following information:
Order number
Proof of purchase
Videos or photos of defective products
Step 2: Insert your receipt and items into the original package.
Step 3: Fill in all three copies of the return invoice form. Insert all copies into the transparent envelope and attach them to the package without closing them. The customs needs these documents, so please be sure to fill in all 3 copies.
Step 4: Give the package to the courier. After the courier checks the return, please close the package properly.
Refund
If you return the goods, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. If the goods are returned, TikTok will not refund the freight.
Once your package arrives at us, please allow the time required for return and exchange (for example, 7-14 working days) (depending on peak hours) to process your return. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense. When your return is accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
